Did you know mushrooms have a remarkably low environmental footprint? We recently worked with the Mushroom Council to tout the results of a sustainability research study which validated the earth-friendliness of mushrooms.
We also worked with national media to share the good news about mushroom production and its inherent sustainable practices. Saveur Magazine toured Phillips Mushroom Farms and To-Jo Mushrooms and presented a colorful recap and video compilation.
